Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on lees with stirring. Packaging in our cellars.

Tasting notes: Very beautiful pale yellow colour with green highlights. The intense nose of lychee, citrus, white flowers and hawthorn, with a mineral edge, leads to an aromatic palate with notes of apricot and passion fruit. The balanced finish is generous and appealing, with notes of dried fruit, a touch of salinity and fine minerality.
