Method of selection : Parcel selection based on vine age and vineyard condition.

Vinification : Traditional vinification with rack-and-return (délestage). Long maceration (3 to 4 weeks).

Yield : 30–40 hl/ha

Alcohol content : 14.5%

Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks in an insulated, temperature-controlled cellar.

Tasting notes : Beautiful deep purple colour with violet highlights.

Complex nose of macerated fruits, with notes of kirsch, black spices, clove and fresh truffle.

The palate is generous and rich in macerated black fruits, with notes of morello cherry and mocha, showing fine balance and good volume.

A long, persistent and generous finish, with silky tannins.
