Vinification : Traditional vinification with rack-and-return (délestage). Long maceration (3 to 4 weeks).

Yield : 30–40 hl/ha

Alcohol content : 14%

Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks in an insulated, temperature-controlled cellar.

Tasting notes : Beautiful deep garnet colour.

Nose of small black fruits, with notes of undergrowth and coriander.

The palate is rich, concentrated and complex, focused on macerated black fruits.

Light toasted notes, hints of smoke and nutmeg, supported by a fine freshness.

The finish is smooth, rich and complex, with aromas of morello cherry and fruit in alcohol. Good persistence and excellent drinkability.
