Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks in an insulated, temperature-controlled cellar.

Tasting notes : Very beautiful deep garnet red color with black highlights. Nose of ripe black fruits, kirsch, mocha, black pepper spices. Beautiful structured mouth, fine and complex with notes of dark chocolate, zan, clove, and garrigue. Very beautiful finish with silky tannins, offering great complexity and elegance.
