Method of selection : Parcel selection based on vine age and vineyard condition.

Vinification : Traditional vinification with rack-and-return (délestage). Long maceration (3 to 4 weeks).

Yield : 30–40 hl/ha

Alcohol content : 14%

Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks in an insulated, temperature-controlled cellar.

Tasting notes : Very fine nose of dark forest fruits. Intense colour with black highlights.
Very fine palate with ripe fruit aromas, showing beautiful complexity, with notes of chocolate, kirsch and cherry pit.
Very fine fruity and complex finish, with silky tannins and excellent persistence.
