Method of selection : Parcel selection based on vine age and vineyard condition

Vinification : Skin-contact maceration. Cold settling followed by a long fermentation with temperature control.

Yield : 30–40 hl/ha

Alcohol content : 13.5%

Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks in an insulated, temperature-controlled cellar.

Tasting notes : A very beautiful pale lychee-colored hue with light bluish highlights.
The nose is refined and intense, revealing notes of small red fruits that carry through to the palate, which is very well balanced, harmonious, and lively.
The fruity finish is elegant, with a fine aromatic persistence and a slightly saline touch.
