Soil : Gravelly with limestone bedrock

Yield : 50 HL/Hectare

Winemaking : Direct slow and gentle pressing (<1,2 bar). Ageing on lattes of 30 months on average.

Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on lees with stirring. Packaging in our cellars.

Tasting notes : Robe, appealing golden color. Nose with subtil aromas of quince, orchard fruits and hint of white flowers. Mouth complex and fresh, with aromas of pear and subtle spices.

Pairing : Alone as an aperitif wine, to accompany fish with cream sauce or fresh goat cheese.

Medals : Pending the results of competitions, guides and ratings from national and international trade magazines.
