Vinification : Traditional vinification with rack-and-return (délestage). Long maceration (3 to 4 weeks).

Yield : 30–40 hl/ha

Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks in an insulated, temperature-controlled cellar.

Tasting notes : Very beautiful pale colour with green reflections.
The nose reveals white flowers and gentle spices.
A very well-balanced palate with white peach, offering citrus flavours enhanced by lemony notes.
The finish is harmonious, rich and persistent, with a slightly peppery touch.
