Vinification : Traditional vinification with rack-and-return (délestage). Long maceration (3 to 4 weeks).

Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks in an insulated, temperature-controlled cellar.

Tasting notes : Beautiful deep garnet colour with purplish highlights.

Intense nose of crushed ripe black fruits, with notes of juniper spice and garrigue flowers.

The palate is elegant and complex, revealing aromas of lightly toasted red fruits and a hint of juniper spice.

The finish is rich and harmonious, with notes of menthol, chocolate and zan, supported by silky tannins.
