Method of selection : Parcel selection based on vine age and vineyard condition.

Vinification : Traditional vinification with rack-and-return (délestage). Long maceration (3 to 4 weeks).

Yield : 30–40 hl/ha

Alcohol content : 14%

Ageing & Packaging : Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks in an insulated, temperature-controlled cellar.

Tasting notes : Very beautiful, deeply intense colour with black highlights.
Fruity and intense nose of small black fruits, ripe morello cherries and blueberry, with light notes of mocha.
The palate is smooth, rich and complex, with notes of black spices, mocha and caramel, leading to a very fine, complex, elegant and persistent finish.
