Ageing & Packaging : Aging on lees with batonnage. Packaging in our cellars.

Tasting notes : Very beautiful light lychee colour with slight blue highlights. The delicate nose is intense with notes of red berries, which are also found on the palate, which is very well balanced, harmonious and tangy.
The fruity finish is elegant with a beautiful aromatic persistence and a slight saltiness.
